Sunset Study

"View from Bed Room Window"
Acyrilc
42 x 30cm

This is the view I got from my bedroon window one night when the sun was setting. That purple thing you can see in the distance is Arran by the way. This is just one of the many studies I've been doing through-out the year to prepare for my final kick-tosca's-ass painting. Nae pressure, eh?!

Cheers mate! I don't think I should have said "kick-tasca's-ass" cause I don't reckon I'm going to manage such a task. I like being able to focus the painting on one thing, with my final piece, i feel like if I don't incorporate all the different metaphors and themes I've been using throughout the year then its not really a final piece. Anyway, after 2morrow I should have some ideas to show you.

cheers,
Dave

i'm sure you'll manage a big kick-tosca's-ass (lol) painting, might be hard to "incorporate all the different metaphors and themes" you've used though [face_think]...

anyway its been 8 days wheres those ideas your gonna show us?
