This was actually my first water study taken from the photos I took at culzean. Very different from painting with watercolours. With watercolours, you have to get everything right first time, with acyrilic you paint over it again and again - thats the point. At the moment I'm doing an oil pastel study of some stormy water at sea, which I'll post eventually. Let me know which of the two water studys you prefer...

i prefer this one as the other one is very grey ... this one has nice blues and greens

well dave , in this situation, im the odd one out, as im no artist. I think they are both awesome, ur so talented. I like them both, but gun to my head, i said the duck one!
